Who is responsible for the damage?
You are obliged to carefully and neatly treat the property and its contents.
The lessor is not responsible for loss of value and / or damage to your property, caused by defects in the home or incorrect use thereof.
In case of damage to the property and / or gross negligence on your part,
the total costs of damage are deducted from the deposit.
When something breaks, gets damaged or when you lose something,
You must inform the manager immediately and compensate the damage.
Insurance, liability, cancellation insurance?
We advise you to take out travel and / or cancellation insurance yourself with your insurance agent.
Are there any additional costs?

Additional costs depend on the desired facilities,

How do I submit a change to my booking?

Can I cancel a booking?

Note: In case of a cancellation you will always lose the full deposit of 30% with the exception of the deposit paid, which will be refunded as soon as possible.
If you cancel less than 1 month before your stay, only the deposit will be refunded.
When do I make the down payment?
Your down payment (30% of the total rent) is made within 5 working days after the invoice date.
The correct account number can be found on the invoice that you receive after booking.
How do I pay the fare?
When you have reserved your property, you will receive your booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail.

Payment of the fare and how is it built?
The travel sum consists of:
- The rental amount of the property according to the number of nights and the chosen period
-The mandatory deposit: 250 Euro
-The amount of 80 Euro for the mandatory cleaning and washing of the linen (payable in cash to the manager)
when and where do I pay the requested Extras?
the following extras are paid directly to the manager at the start of the rental period:
pick-up and drop off to airport 50 Euro per journey if desired.
-cleaning and washing of linen mandatory by every tenant at the start to pay to the
administrator.
Can I place an option on a property?

What happens after I have booked?
You have made your reservation on our website.
We will send the travel documents to your e-mail address as soon as possible.
After our confirmation your reservation is final.
After you have paid your deposit you will receive confirmation from us.

What do I do if I have a complaint?
If you have a complaint during your stay, report this directly to the administrator.
Then the problem can be solved.
The manager is your point of contact during your stay.
What time do I expect at the house?
Every day is a changeover day: the day of arrival and departure.
Guests can arrive from 14.00.

When do I have to leave a home?
Every day is a changeover day: the day of arrival and departure.
Guests must leave at 10.00.
The accommodation will then be cleaned for the next guests.
Therefore a later departure is not possible!

An exception can be made if the property is not rented the same day of departure. In consultation with the manager, you can then stay in the house until your return flight.

Can I bring my dog or cat?
You can not bring pets to your holiday home,
Can smoking be done?
It is forbidden to smoke in the house, as well as on the grassy meadow around the pool.
Smoking is allowed on the private terrace of the apartment
Do I have to pay a deposit?
The payment of the deposit is mandatory.
The deposit is 250 Euro to deposit with reservation
You will receive the deposit within 8 days after the rental period.
Costs due to damage are deducted from the deposit.
Additional consumption of electricity on top of the included 12 Kw / day will be charged.
If the costs are higher than the deposit, they will also be charged to you.
Is bed and bath linen included in the rent?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rent.
We advise our guests to bring a beach towel for use on the sunbeds and / or the beach.
Who does the final cleaning?
The final cleaning is carried out by the manager.
The compulsory costs for this are indicated in the description of the property.
For how many people is my house suitable?
The house can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is forbidden to involve the property with more persons than the number of persons specified in your reservation.
If infringements are made to this, the landlord can relieve the tenants from the apartment.
Reservation and deposit?
Every reservation order is confirmed by means of a reservation confirmation.
After receiving the confirmation you will pay 30% of the rent within 5 working days.
The remainder of the rent must be paid no later than 2 months before the start of the rental period.
When making a reservation within this month, you pay the amount to be paid at once.
You must pay the payment by bank transfer.
Your payment statement, together with the reservation confirmation, forms your entire rental agreement.
